Best Online Broker

Need help finding a place to trade stock. Im looking for somewhere with low fees, easy to use interface, and reliable service.. I have looked at Zecco, scottrade, ameritrade, and etrade. Any comments on these places, or any other places you recommend would be helpful. Thanks guys, im somewhat new to investing btw. Any help is appreciated.

Great experience with Scottrade, no problems.

I am currently using Zecco because of the low fees. I also have an Etrade account which I like much better, but costs more per trade.

It depends on how much you're investing....

For very small initial investments- you are going to have to stick with a Zecco which offers 10 free trades, just so commissions dont eat you alive. However Zecco lacks the a quality interface.

I think overall Scotttrade is the best value & service for your money.

Schwab is the absolute best, bar none! Maybe I am biased because I was able to get in on the Visa IPO through them, but their customer service (email or phone) is second to none! They treat every customer, no matter how big or small, like royalty. The people I know that use them all say the same thing. Their trading commisions aren't the cheapest (I pay $8.95 right now) but the efficiency of the customer service more than makes up for it. Also just refi'd through them and was able to do it right over the phone.
